Condition of Sales

All sales are final. Garments shipped in error or containing fabric or manufacturing defects must be returned only with a HoustonUniform.com Authorization to Return merchandise form. This form must be requested from our Customer Service Center. Merchandise returned without this authorization form will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all approved returns for reasons of customer accommodation.

Garments that have been altered by the customer or per customer request, or pants available only in open bottoms that have been altered per customer request will not be accepted for return.

HoustonUniform.com is not responsible for any delays in shipments for causes beyond its control.

Inventory on certain styles may vary by season. Please check with your Customer Service Representative for stock availability.

All garments are FOB shipping point.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Claims for shortage in shipment must be made upon receipt. Late claims will not be honored.

Only deductions supported by our issued credit memoranda will be recognized. Orders are subject to acceptance by corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.

CAUTION: The garments described in this website offer no special exposure protection from molten substances, sparks, flames, chemicals, or caustic materials.
